European Vacation A review of European Vacation has been added to the Movies section and a link to Stu's Fletch site has been added to the Links page.

There is news of a couple of new Chevy films which is always pleasant but lets hope they stretch beyond cameo appearances this time. The International Movie Data Base is listing Rent-a-Husband starring Brooke Shields alongside Chevy. Also, Chevy's currently in Canada shooting new movie The Great Goose Caper so click the link for a full story.

Sorry, I haven't updated for a while but busy time at work (and for the next month by the look of my diary). However, just time to remind all UK Chevy fans that Orange County finally gets it's cinema release today nationwide. Chevy only has a small cameo role but the film is pretty good nonetheless so check it out. For further details visit http://www.orangecountymovie.com or indeed your local cinema.

Also, there's news of a new Fletch site currently under development and it's another UK based site so please check it out at http://uk.geocities.com/imfletcher73/ for now and I will add a link to the Links page with the next update (plus a review of European Vacation).

Happy Birthday to Chevy!

Chevy celebrates his 59th Birthday today and Fletch UK wishes him all the best and hope that we can see him give us another film or two before he hits the big 60 next year. In a remarkable piece of planning I have also completed a review of Chevy's masterpiece Fletch today which you can find on the Movies page along with several other reviews.

National Lampoon's Vacation I've finished reviews of National Lampoon's Vacation and Deal Of The Century. My decision to review the movies in chronological order is starting to pay off as I'm now into a great part of Chevy's movie career and indeed hope to publish a review of Fletch to coincide with Chevy's birthday next week. Deal Of The Century

A review of Under The Rainbow has been added along with a few more links to some old, but good articles on Chevy Chase (link to a great interview with Chevy from just before his chat show launched). Also, you should visit Comedy Central to read details of Chevy's second 'Friars Club Roasting'. I'm pleased to say there's finally been a few entries in the Guestbook but the rest of you please don't be shy - leave a message if you're visiting letting us know your favourite Chevy movie and quote. Baba au Rum wallpaper A few updates for you - firstly the promised review of Modern Problems. As if sitting through that wasn't bad enough the next review in line is Under The Rainbow. Gets better after that though with possibly the best run of movies in Chevy's career.

I've also added a wallpaper image of everyone's favourite Holistic Teamster, Baba au Rum and a few new articles to the Links page. This includes a nice little Byron Allen interview Chevy filmed at the time Man Of The House was released where he even finds time to jest at his own late night chat show. Worth checking out.

And the best news of all comes in the form of recent rumours suggesting Chevy is interested in making a Caddyshack 3 and possibly assisting Randy Quaid in a Cousin Eddie spin-off movie. If either of these rumours come to anything I'll let you know.
